Registration Information
The online registration system is currently being set up and is expected to open in January 2027.
To help you plan your attendance and secure funding from your institutions in advance, please find the preliminary registration information below.
1. Registration Fees (Tentative)
(Note: All fees are listed in USD.)
* Student delegates must provide a valid student ID or a letter from their supervisor during registration. Part-time students are not considered as student delegates.
2. What does the Registration Fee cover?
Regular and Student Registration includes:
• Access to all keynote, paper, and poster sessions
• Conference materials and proceedings
• Welcome Reception on July 2, 2027
• Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference days
Accompanying Person Registration includes:
• Welcome Reception
• Conference Gala Dinner
• (Note: Accompanying persons do not have access to academic sessions)
3. Payment Methods
Once the registration portal is live, we will accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and secure online payments. Bank transfer options will also be available upon request.
